Horace Snow, died at his home in Keartown Saturday moring. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon from the home. Interment in the Woodland.

Horace F. Snow was born in Lorain county, Ohio, March 13, 1840 and died November 8, 1902 at the age of 62 years, 7 months and 2 days. His father and mother were among the earliest settlers in Van Wert county, having settled here in 1848, when he was a small boy He was married to Miss Elizabeth Hoaglin on the 28th day of November 1862, and to this union was born two daughters, both of whom resided near at the time of his death. He was a good, faithful and loving husband, father and grandfather and was loved by all who knew him. His life prayers and instructions for time and eternity will not be forgotten. We surrender, our Father, that in peace and joy he may be in glory. He leaves to mourn his loss, a wife, two daughters, one sister and two brothers, 8 grandchildren, one great grandchild.
The funeral services were held at his home on Allingham street, Monday at ten o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Fouch. Interment in the Woodland cemetery.
