Dale McArdle moved to the Detroit area in 1961 and worked for Cadillac for more than 20 years, retiring in 1989.
Surviving were two daughters, Louise Dinsmore and her husband, Jim, of Sanford and Dale Anderson and her husband, Dave, of Midland; his son, Carl McArdle and his wife, Bonnie, of Marlette; eight grandchildren, Melanie, Darren, Debbie, Carmen, Chad, Nate, Jamie and Keshia; one great-grandchild, Skylar; two brothers, Bob McArdle and his wife, Dorothy, and Leo McArdle and his wife, Elaine, both of Elkton; three sisters, Audrey Galbrith of Jacksonville, N.C., Joan Blome of Pigeon and Bernice Vealey and her husband, Frank, of Weberville; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim McArdle and Joe McArdle; and two sisters, Doris Dean and Helen Hyzer.
Funeral Mass: St. Felix Catholic Church, Pinnebog. The Rev. Fr. John Weis officiated with burial in the church cemetery.
