Eusebe Theriot, 36, was sent to prison for the killing of Dr. D.A. Savant, they were brothers-in-law. Mr. Theriot was poisoned in prison and died Dec. 13, 1898. The two men had married sisters, Eusebe married Clarrise Sturlese and Dr. Savant married Rose Angelina Sturlese.
