KINDER - Funeral services for Anne "Annie" Nielsen, 97, will be at 2 p.m. today, June 2, in First United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Lisa Turnbull will officiate. Burial will be in Kinder McRill Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home. Visitation is from 8 a.m.

Mrs. Nielsen died Thursday, May 31, 2001, in a local care center.

She was a former resident of Nebraska. She was a retired schoolteacher. She was a member of Beta Zeta Delta Kappa Gamma. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one sister, Coralie Scroggins of Kinder.
