Our loving mom, grandma, great-grandma and sister passed away on March 31, 2009 at Jordan Valley Medical Center of natural causes.


Born September 11, 1941 in California to Iver Floyd and Florence Cecillia Riley Pearson.


Married Ronald Rex Cox on May 7, 1960 in Elko, Nevada; later divorced. She loved her weekend trips to Wendover with her friends and family. She also loved the holidays - especially Christmas. Diane will always be loved and greatly missed!


Survived by her children, Ron (Karen), Steve (Kristy), Christine (Swede) Ostlund; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Gloria, Charlene, Janice; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her granddaughter, Chelsie.


Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 3, 2009 at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, at 10:00 a.m. Friends and family may pay their respects at the mortuary on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00-9:45 a.m.
Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery.
