Born in Millersburg, he was the son of the late Philip and Sallie Deibler Noll.
He retired from the former Kinney Shoe Co. in Millersburg. He was a charter member of the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art; a former Boy Scout leader and past president of the Lenkerville Elementary School PTA.
He was the widower of Reba M. Blackway Noll.
Surviving are a son, Dennis of Linglestown; two daughters, Deanna Seibert of Millersburg and Kay Kahle of Brookville; a sister, Olive Taylor of Millersburg; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 22 at David's Church Cemetary, Killinger. Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Hoover Funeral Homes, Inc., Millersburg.
