Lillian F. Menaugh, 81, of Harrisburg died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at her home.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, at Nilson Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred Erickson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Menaugh was born Oct. 26, 1919, in Boone County to Emmett and Illa Stice Lewis.

She married Harold Menaugh on Nov. 18, 1939, in Boone County and he preceded her in death.

She owned and operated the Gem Fountain and Grill inside the Gem Drug Store. She later owned and operated the Hinton Grocery Store. She was a member of Dripping Spring Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, Ed Menaugh of Paducah, Ky.; two daughters, Karen McBride and Vickie Spry, both of Harrisburg; and five grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Freda Stidham, Zelma Stidham and Clara Snell.

Memorials are suggested to Dripping Spring Christian Church.
