Anderson Rites Observed May 1
Funeral Services were held Wednesday, May 1, 1968, at 2 P.M. in the Church of Christ Church for Lawrence Nicholas Anderson. Rev. W. M. Goodson officiated.
Mr. Anderson was born October 26, 1895, in San Saba, Texas and died April 29, 1968 in the Wetumka General Hospital.
Survivors include one son, Lenzie*, Spearman, Texas, three daughters, Mrs. Linda Ruth Biffle, Lura K. and Joyce A. Anderson, both of Wetumka. Four grandchildren and five sisters, Mrs. Florence Groves, Sacremento, California, Mrs. Victoria Smith, Wetumka, Mrs. Arka Stoner, Checotah, Mrs. Luara Dall, Modesto, California, Mrs. Pearl Hanway, Morris, Oklahoma. One half-sister, Mrs. bonnie Brown, Seres, California.
Pallbearers were George Bates, Jake Smith, H. B. Lockhart, Logan Walker, Earnest Banta and Read Rogers.
Burial was in the Wetumka cemetery under the direction of Spiller Funeral Home.
