JOSEPH A. BOLL DIES AT HOME SUNDAY EVE
Joseph Adam Boll, 65, died at his home at 1302 North D street last night at 7 o'clock, of a complication of ailments. He has been visiting at the home of a brother, Michael Boll at Westport, and was taken ill there and brought to his home Saturday evening in the Clark ambulance.
Mr. Boll was born in Ripley count March 16, 1862 and was married thirty eight years ago to Miss Melissa Stillwell. Four sons were born to their union, three of whom, Harry and Frank, of this city, and Ralph of Fort Eustace, Va., with the widow survive. He had been a resident of Elwood for the past twenty seven years and was known as an industrious, good citizen, whose dath will be regretted by all who knew him.
He also leaves two brothers, Michael of Westport Ind., and Jacob of North Dakorta, and two sisters Mrs. Margaret Burkett of Westport and Mrs. Lillie McFuska, of Greensburgh. He was a member of the Christian church and camp of Modern Woodmen of America.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Methodist Protestant church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Rev. W. T. Sanders, pastor of the United Brethren church, and the burial will follow in the city cemetery.
