Interred on 16 Aug 1884.

The late Abner C. Keeney, of Brooklyn, died at his old homestead at Black Walnut, Penn. In the house there he was born, and his father and grandfather died.

This is the family home in Black Walnut, PA that Col. Abner Chase Kenney died in. It remained in the family until about 1946 when sold to the American Legion Post #510. It burned in 2009.
