Karen L. Ash, 47, of Flagstaff, died in her home Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2001.

Mrs. Ash lived most of her life in California before moving to Flagstaff in 1987. She was a cafeteria manager for DeMiguel Elementary School, and enjoyed camping and collecting antique tea cups and saucers.

She was also a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Her survivors include her husband Don Ash; Son Jerry Blevins of El Cajon, Calif., and Daughters Brandy Cherry of Bryan, Texas and Ashley Ash of Flagstaff; mother Virginia Burr of Flagstaff; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services are scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m. at the Citizen's Cemetery in Flagstaff.
