I have added the 1950 Oklahoma Census record for Wm Baker & his wife Ora, which also shows his brother Carl & Carl's wife Fern living with them. William & Carl were both sons of Joe & Louise Busby Baker (and not Charles Lemon Baker, who only had the one son William b. in 1928)

In particular, one of the "GenealogyBank Obituaries" - the very final one under "Sources" - shows from the obituary in the Enid OK newspaper that this particular William's parents were Arthur Marion (Joe) Baker & Louis Busby.
