Mrs. Theresa Drexler, 84, of 911 N. Walnut Ave., died Thursday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Schmidt, where she had resided for the past year and a half.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Catholic Church. The Tr. Rev. Msgr. A. N. Schuh will officiate and burial will be made in the Gate of Heaven cemetery.
Visitations may be made at the Rembs Funeral Home beginning Friday noon. The Altar and Missionary Society rosary service will be at 3 o'clock this afternoon and the Third Order of St. Francis rosary will be at 7 o'clock tonight followed at 8:15 by the general rosary.

The former Theresa Treml was born Jan. 7, 1879 in Austria and came to the United States with her parents in 1882 and settled in the Auburndale area. She was married at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Nov. 10, 1898 to Frank Drexler who died June 7, 1932. The Drexlers lived in Auburndale until 1912 when they moved to Marshfield. She was a member of the Rosary-Altar Society, the Missionary Society and the Third Order of St. Francis.

Survivors include four sons, Frank, George and John, all of Marshfield and Ed, Wausau; four daughters, Mrs. William (Pauline) Schmidt and Mrs. Ray (Mary) Sullivan, Marshfield; Mrs. Harold (Anna) Drexler, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Henry (Martha) Imhoff, Marathon City; 26 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren and three stepbrothers, Frank and Emil Brath, Campbellsport and Fred Brath, Englewood.

Three sisters and three brothers preceded her in death.
