Sarah Anna Ferry was the daughter of Robert Ferry and Barbara Clarissa Geer.

She married Charles Peter Snyder on 25 Dec 1901.

Sarah died in the Brookville Hospital in Brookville, PA and was buried 11 May 1964.

SARAH SNYDER

Funeral services were held in Reynoldsville today for Mrs. Sarah Snyder, of Brookville, who died Friday in the Brookville Hospital. Mrs. Snyder, who was 79 years of age, leaves 136 living descendants.

She was born in Marienville April 22, 1885 and was married to Charles P. Snyder who died in 1952. Mlrs. Snyder was a member of the Methodist Church in Emerickville.

Surviving are six sons and five daughters, Charles, of Bolivar, N. Y.; Les, of Baxter; Elvin, of Brockway; David, of Dundee, N. Y; Cloyd, of Jamestown, N. Y., and Boyd, of Reynoldsville. The latter two are twins. The daughters are Mr:s. Kelista Krull, of Reynoldsville R. D. 1; Mrs. Vernetta Ewing, of Strattanville; Mrs. Phylis Moore, of Bradford; Mrs. Bernice Fyhock, of Brookville R. D. 1, and Mrs. Helen Darr, of Warren, Pa. She leaves also 52 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a brother, Al Ferry, of Ohio.

Services were held in the Ober Funeral Home in Reynoldsville this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Ralph Brooks officiated and interment was in the Moore Cemetery at Emerickville.

COUPLE'S 11 CHILDREN GET TO REUNION

The 37th reunion for the Charles P. Snyder family was held July 20 at Emerickville Sportsmen Hall near Brookville. The amazing and wonderful part of the whole reunion was that all 11 children of Charles and SARA SNYDER were present: Charles Snyder, 83, Richburg, N.V.; Lee Snyder, 81, Corsica; Kelesta Krull, 77, Reynoldsville; Elvin Snyder, 75, Brockway; Vernetta Ewing, 74, Strattanville; Phyllis Moore, 72, Bradford ; David Snyder, 69, Dundee, N.Y. ; Bernice Fyock, 67, Brookville; Helen Gough, 65, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Cloyd Snyder, 61, Jamestown, N.Y., and Boyd Snyder, 61, Brookville.

They, with a total of 75 others, enjoyed good food and companionship. Games were played and an auction was enjoyed by everyone.
