Frances Seyller, 78, of Genoa, IL, formerly of South Elgin, IL, passed away March 24, 2009. She was born on August 24, 1930 in Oakwood, MO, the daughter of Frank and Clara (James) Walker. Frances had worked on and off with the family business, Seyllers' Masonry, for many years. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her four children, Arthur (Pamela Hill) Seyller, Jr. of Genoa, IL, Donna (John, Jr.) Olsen of Cypress, IL, Debra (Roger) Lee of Elgin, IL, Sue Bosio of Genoa, IL; five grandchildren, Madeline Hill, Neal Swanson, Roger and Jason Lee, and Katie Bosio; four great-grandchildren, Keely and River Seyller, Kennidy and Matthew Swanson; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; also by her husband, Arthur Seyller, Sr. in 1999; and her grandson, Shane Seyller in 2008.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at 12:00 noon in the Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St. (Rt. 31), Elgin, IL 60123, 847-741-8800. Interment will follow in St. Charles Borromeo Church Cemetery, Hampshire, IL. Visitation will be on Saturday from 4-8:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
