Frank Jennings, the oldest son born to James Perry Graham and Minnie Elvina Thrush, has five brothers and sisters, Robert James, Wilma Ruth (Aspy), Blanch Helen (Shupert), Fred Milo and Elmer Fullen. Frank married Effie Leona Burton, 24 Dec 1921, in Fulton, Fulton Co., IN. They have two daughters, Mary Virginia (Pierce) and Phyllis Ann (Nickell). Frank taught in the Rochester, IN school system for 35 years. He is a graduate of Manchester College and a WWI veteran.

Frank J. GRAHAM, 74, 114 West 12th street, died unexpectedly at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday (April 7, 1971) at his residence. Death was attributed to a heart attack. A retired schoolteacher and lifetime resident of Fulton county, Mr. Graham had taught in the Rochester school system 35 years. He was a graduate of North Manchester college and a veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Grace United Methodist church and had served as treasurer of the church many years. He was a member of the Masonic lodge at Fulton; Scottish Rite, South Bend; Fort Wayne Mizpah Shrine, and Manitou Shrine club. He was a 33rd Degree Mason and a member of Rochester Eastern Star 70. Born Dec. 1, 1896, at Fulton, he was the son of James Perry and Minnie E. THRUSH GRAHAM. His marriage was Dec. 24, 1921, in Fulton, to Effie L. BURTON, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. L. Frank (Virginia) PIERCE, Urbandale, Ia., and Mrs. Willis E. (Phyllis) NICKELL, Clarksville; two brothers, Fred [GRAHAM], of Akron, and Elmer [GRAHAM], Washington, D.C.; one sister, Mrs. Clell (Blanche) SHUPPERT, Grand Rapids, Mich., and nieces and nephews. Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Grace United Methodist church. The Rev. Laurence L. SMITH will officiate. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at the Zimmerman Brothers funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Saturday and at the church one hour prior to services. The Fulton Masonic lodge will have memorial services Friday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The family requests that memorials other than flowers be made to the Heart Fund or to the Grace United Methodist Memorial Fund.
