W.W. Davis Rites Set
Funeral services for William Wesley Davis, longtime resident in Miami, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Methodist Church in Miami.
Mr. Davis, a hardware dealer in Miami until 1947, died at 6 p.m. Sunday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. W.E. Christopher in Amarillo.
Interment will be in the Miami Cemetery under the direction of the Duenkel-Carmichael Funeral Home.

William Wesley Davis was married to Dora Vowell, who died 23 Jan. 1892. He then married Martha Alice Seitz in May of 1893 in Denton County, Texas,and had 3 sons: George Elmer, Wesley Hinton, and Hughlin Mason.
He lived to be the age of 90 and is buried in the Miami Cemetery.
