Vardaman, MS Bonnie Laudrey Crawford Alexander, 97, passed this earthly life on December 4, 2017 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born September 3, 1920 the daughter of late Johnny Crawford and Flora Ann Dye Crawford. She was a devoted member of Friendship Baptist Church and a member of the Ladies Club at the church. She was a Christian lady that was loved by her church, community and family. Her interest and devotion was family, gardening, flowers, yard, sewing, arts and crafts and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Richmond Alexander, parents Johnny and Floa Ann Dye Crawford Alexander, a sister, Mae Chandler and two brothers, Buren and Alvis Crawford.

Those left to honor her memory are her daughter, Donna Montgomery Lloyd;, Naples, FL; three sons, Billy Doyle Alexander “Linda”, James Larry Alexander “Betty” and Kenneth Alexander “Susie” all of Vardaman, MS; Eleven grandchildren, Judy Holder, Gene Alexander, James Alexander, Michael Alexander, Ryan Alexander, Julie Wurth, Mary Audrey Montgomery, Lloyd Montgomery, IV, Adrienne Crowley, Lisa James, Lynn Havens and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Parker Memorial Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church with Bro. Gladwin Carpenter and Bro. Fred Hartley officiating. Body will lie in state one hour prior to service time on Thursday. Burial will follow in Ellzey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gene Alexander, Hayden Alexander, James Alexander, Michael Alexander, Oakley Alexander, Ryan Alexander, Mike Holder, and Lloyd Montgomery, IV. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dustin Alexander, Hinton Havens, Shaun James and Keith Morgan.
