Mrs. Jane W. Addie, 88, 400 Greenhill Dr., died Wednesday morning at her home. Born Oct. 10, 1891 in Glasgow, Scotland, the former Jane Cullen came to the United States at age 8 with her family, settling in the Milton area. She married Alf Addie in Milton Feb. 23, 1910. He died Aug. 1, 1971. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Milton Grange, Royal Neighbors of America and Rebekah Lodge. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Betty Anderson of Lutherville, Md., and Mrs. Marie Mason of Lisle, Ill.; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Sanger of Venice, Fla. Services were held Saturday in First United Methodist Church with burial in Milton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church or American Cancer Society.
