Joseph W. Cox Dies at Mooresville
Joseph W. Cox age 79, died this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Roubert Stout, in Mooresville. He was a retired carpenter.
He was the son of William and Martha Cox was born in Gallatin Feb. 2, 1871. On March 6, 1898 he married Miss Mary Alice Bales in Chillicothe, They made their home in Breckenridge until 1928 when they moved to Detroit. Mrs. Cox died August 29, 1939.
He is survived by four sons, Ivan L, John and Joseph Jr. all of Detroit and Isom N. Cox of Northridge Calif. and one daughter, Mrs. Stout. Four Children and one brother and five sisters preceded him in death.

Joseph W. Cox Dies at Mooresville
