MOULTON- Charlie Letson, 65, Leighton, died Sunday at 2:25 a.m. in Colbert County Hospital from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from Smyrna Church, with Dennis Tucker, Clyde Jones, and Kyle McWhorter officiating.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Elliott Brown Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Grace Moats, Moulton 4; Mrs. Edna Crowden, Leighton 1; Mrs. Annie Mae Lindsay, Moulton 2; Mrs. Ellia Glover, Chicago, Ill; Mrs. Kathleen Canups, Town Creek 3.
Masons will serve as pallbearers. Mr. Letson was a native of Lawrence County.
