Mrs. Badger was born the daughter of Elizabeth Black and William Henry Bradfield. She attended Jordan High School in Sandy and Millard Academy in Hinckley. She was sealed for time and all eternity to Burton Garr Badger, April 4, 1923, in the Salt Lake Temple. A member of the LDS Church, she served in all of the auxiliaries of the church. Along with her husband she served three full-time missions; a stake mission, a two-year mission to Rhode Island, and a temple mission in Manti. She took pleasure in temple work, genealogy, reading, and growing flowers. She and her husband participated in theater and music. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Preceded in death by her husband, Burton; nine brothers and sisters; a son, William; two grandsons, Stephen and Michael; and two great great-grandchildren. Survived by her daughter, Marilyn Sorensen; grandchildren, Robert Badger; David Badger; Jeanette McCarthy; Gary Sorensen; Nathan Sorensen; Kathy Farmer; and Lila Pacheco; 38 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Badger died at age 95.
