Wife of George W. Davis. Mother to William, James, Albert, George S. and John. Immigrated to America in 1878. After her first husband George W. Davis passed she married James McKeown.
Funeral Tomorrow for former East Boston women.
Medford, March 29 The funeral of Mrs. Annie L Davis-McKeown, 71, will take place tomorrow morning at her home 90 Brookings Street. A requiem mass will be sung at St. Joseph's Church at 9 am.
Mrs. Davis died Wednesday after a long illness. She had been seriously sick since Monday. She was born in Ireland and resided in East Boston for many years before coming to Medford 16 years ago.
She was a member of the Lieut. Lawrence J Flaherty Post Auxiliary, East Boston and a Gold Star Mother.
Surviving her are two sons William L and James D. Davis of Medford; a brother Lawrence O'Brien of Roxbury, and three sisters, Mrs. Julia Jenkins of East Boston, Mrs. Catherine Cronin of Roslindale, and Mrs. Eileen Canty of Somervillle.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
