He was the son of Caswell and Mary Louis (Hay) McCoy. Also buried there is his wife, Margaret Angel "Edith" (Thomas) McCoy. She was born 12-21-1893 in Rawlins, KS and died in 1927 in Colorado Springs, CO. She was the daughter of John and Margaret (Newell) Thomas. They had the following children: Richard b. 1920, Dorothy Evelyn b. 1922 and Doris C.
