MRS. PAULINE KOENIG LAID TO REST WED.
Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Koenig, 77, town of Stettin, who died Monday night at 11:20 o'clock at the William Koenig home in the town of Stettin after a week's illness, were held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Koenig home and at 2 o'clock at the Trinity Lutheran church in that town. The Rev. P. Martin Pilz officiating and burial was in the church cemetery.
Pauline Boerner was born October 20, 1860, at Leisnig, Germany, and she was married March 27, 1881, to Carl Koenig, who died in 1900 in the town of Stettin. They immigrated to America in 1882 and after living two years in New York, they located in Wisconsin. During the last 30 years she has lived in the town of Stettin. Surviving are even children, Max Koenig, 806 S. Eight Avenue, Otto Koenig, 1343 S. Ninth avenue, Mrs. Phillip Seehafer, 1209 S. Eighth avenue, Carl and William Koenig and Mrs. John Beilke town of Stettin and Mrs. Oscar Buttke, town of Marathon; a brother, Gust Boerner, town of Stettin; 37 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
