Loren Henry Jr., son of Ella (Melton) and Loren Henry Brehmer was born September 8, 1951 at Hardtner, Kansas. He passed away suddently three miles Southwest of Alva on the 8th of April at the age of 34 years 7 months.

He attended the Alva Zion Lutheran Grade School and was in the last graduation Class in 1965. He attended the Alva High School and graduated from the Wichita School of Auto Mechanics.

On September 8, 1974 At Watonga Oklahoma he was married to Antonia Krivohlavek.

Following their marriage the lived in Northwestern Oklahoma where he worked in the oil fields, farmed and for the last several years for the United State Pollution Control Inc. at Bouse Junction.

He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and was confirmed on April 11, 1965.

Mr. Brehmer was preceded in death by his father on February 21, 1971, a sister, Annaliese Gretchen Bryant on June 18, 1969, his grandmother, Elsie Brehmer on April 15, 1980, his grandfather, William Nay Melton on October 17, 1935, and a brother-in-law, Brad Saum on April 18, 1972.

Henry is survived by his wife Antonia, two sons, Sean and Christian all of the home. His mother Ella Brehmer of Alva , two sisters and their husbands Jamey Carrol and Rusty (Gerald Allen) Seats of Electra, Texas and Marilyn and Glen Smith of Alva. His grandmother Harriet Melton, his grandfather, Chris (Christian) Brehmer both of Alva. A number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
