Edward Hobbensiefken was taken to an Omaha hospital on Monday of last week, where he underwent an operation for appendicitis. Pneumonia developed a few days after the operation, and since then he has been a very sick boy. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hobbensiefken and other relatives have been at his bedside, and while his condition is still critical the last reports give some hope of recovery.
