ASHER--Services for Lela F. Patterson, 88, Asher, were 2 p.m. Saturday at
Pickard-Swearingen Funeral Chapel, the Revs. Doyle Long and Lester Robbins
officiated. Burial followed at Vista Cemetery.
Mrs. Patterson died Oct. 10, 2002, at a Seminole hospital. She was born Oct.
14, 1913, at Mountain View to Shannon Brewer and Ella Belle Taylor Bottom.
She married Mr. Lois A. Patterson March 23, 1932, at Hobart.
Mrs. Patterson was a homemaker as well as a dairy farmer and former cafe owner.
She was a member of the Asher Assembly of God church.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. Lois A. Patterson, of the home; a son, C.
Lynn Patterson, Konawa; a daughter, Karen Deonn' O'Dell, Asher; a brother, Edd
Bottom, Asher; two sisters, Leta Mae Mayes, Hermiston, Ore., and Sarah Nugent,
Richland Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
