Alpha M. Baker Rites Conducted.
Funeral services for Mrs. Alpha Margaret Baker, 220 E. Taylor Ave., who died Sunday at Memorial Hospital, were Wednesday at 2:30 p.m., at the First Baptist church with Rev. Don W. Swaim and Rev. Clyde D. Masten officiating. Mrs. Clifford-Shanks and Mrs. Max Shanks were the vocalists, with Mrs. Wayne A. Moore as organist.
Pallbearers, all grandsons, were Gordan Thompson, Dwight Thompson, Stephen Smith, Charles A. Smith, Donald Kelley, Richard Kelley, Phillip Hunter, and Jack Hunter. Burial was in Springside cemetery.
