PETERS-- In St. Paul, Minn., Carl Peters, aged 81 years, at family rsidence, Cleveland avenue, Saturday, Aug. 4, 1906. Funeral Monday afternoon from residence at 2 o'clock, German Lutheran church, Eleventh and Minnesota, 3 o'clock.
Immigrating from Mecklenburg, Germany in June of 1853, Carl married Dorothea 'Dora' Rechlin, also from Mecklenburg, Germany, on June 03, 1853 on board ship from Germany to the U.S. They went on to have nine children and lived over 50 years in the U.S.
