Frederick David Moore, 55, of Dugger, passed away at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Sullivan County Community Hospital in Sullivan.
He was born in Sullivan on Sept. 3, 1953 to Frederick Moore and Joyce Pergal Moore.
Fred was a former employee of Peabody Hawthorne Mine. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his paternal grandparents, Bert and Vern Moore; and maternal grandparents, Clarence and Zipha Enochs Pergal.
Survivors include: his wife, Cindy Moore; one son, Matthew Moore (Amber) of Linton; one daughter, Tina Moore (Kevin) of Linton; one sister, Linda Smith (Joe) of Dugger; and six grandchildren, Sabra Baker, Haley Baker, Colton Baker, Savannah Moore, Ava Moore, and Drew Monronez.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday March 20, 2009 at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor Nick Moore officiating.
Burial will be in the Dugger Cemetery.
