Jack 62, lifetime resident of OKC, died May 25, 1991, at Presbyterian Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Jo of the home; sons: Robby and wife Beverly, Randy and wife Brenda; grandchildren: Leslie, Austin, and Stormy; sisters: Norma, Ruth, Mary, Margie, and Sandra; brothers: Guy and Harold.

Services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 28, graveside at Resthaven Gardens; arrangements by Capital Hill Funeral Home.
