Mrs. Alston was born in Cagleville, Arkansas. In 1939 she moved to Casa Grande, where she lived until she moved to Holbrook in 1983.
She is survived by a son, Harsell, of Lakeside; and two daughters, Nevolia Clark, also of Lakeside, and Jeannie Barber, of Holbrook; four brothers, a sister, 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the Pentacostal Church of God, Fifth and Lincoln Streets. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by Owens Mortuary of Holbrook and Cole and Maud of Casa Grande.
