Obituary - "Mrs. Lillie Mae Akers, 68, died March 20 at her home in Faxon. Funeral services were conducted at Faxon Methodist Church Sunday afternoon by the Rev. W.W. Phillips of Big Sandy and the Rev. Mr.Lawson. Burial was in Crooked Creek Cemetery. She is survived y her husband, two sons, Carl Akers of Los Angeles, Calif., Artie (Audie) Akers of Detroit, Mich.; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Beckner and MissBlanche Akers of Detroit, Mich.; one sister, Mrs. Anderson Robbins and five grandchildren."
