DOYLE E. FIELDS
Doyle Edward Fields, 61, of 110 Gold Wings Road, husband of Shirley Mae Thacker Fields, died Sunday at his home.
A native of Pike County, he was the son of John Fields Jr., Pikeville, and the late Martha Tackett Fields. He was a former forklift operator, a former employee of Southern States Farm Cooperative and a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church, Lexington.
Additional survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Caroline Fields, Evansville, Ind., and Robert and Ginger Fields, Winchester; a brother and sister-in-law, Don and Angeletta Fields, Pikeville; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mrs. Kenneth (Brenda) King and Peggy and Carson King, Pikeville, and three grandchildren, Morgan Nicole, Madison Paige and Robert Dillon.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lucas and Hall Funeral Home, Pikeville, by Rick Stone. Burial will be in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville.
Friends may call 6-9 p.m. today at the First Freewill Baptist Church, 631 Kingston Road, Lexington, and 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas and Hall Funeral Home.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, Ky. 40391.
