Mrs. Ada Lee Machen Frazier, 87, widow of Joseph Elmo Frazier, died at 11:15 a.m. Monday, May 17, 1971 in Winnfield General Hospital after a long illness. A native of Winn Parish, she was a member of the Cypress Creek Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Elmo Frazier of Winnfield; four daughters, Mrs. F. W. Tyler of Shreveport, Mrs. J. W. Kiley and Mrs. George E. Zubrod, Jr., both of Houston, Tex., and Mrs. O. M. Garrett, Sr. of Winnfield; one sister, Mrs. Alma Roberson of Tallulah, six grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home with Rev. C. C. Martin and Rev. Deloy Shows officiating. Burial was in Cypress Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Luther Frazier, Norris Frazier, Rex Frazier, Kenneth Dillard, James Machen, and Garland Roberson.
