Mrs. Lena Mae Woodward, 9, of 1101 Lehigh, Hartshorne, died Tuesday at McAlester Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Elmwood cemetery with Rev. Cletis Lee officiating. Mills Funeral Home, Hartshorne, is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Woodward was born July 19, 1896 at Sherman, Tex. Her husband, Thomas Blanton Woodward, whom she married on April 5, 1924 at Wilburton, preceded her in death on Nov. 7, 1967. She was a housewife and taught school in Blue and Sulphur schools. She was of the Baptist faith and was a longtime resident of Hartshorne. Survivors include a daughter, Zoe Ann Woodward of Hartshorne; a half-brother, Robert walder of Gahanna, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Olin Lewis of Hartshorne and a number of nieces and nephews.
