Mrs. Seegar died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Paul Hatch, Washington, D. C. Services were conducted at noon today in Washington.
Mrs. Seegar was the widow of the late Frank F. Seegar and a native of Grant County. She taught school for a number of years in Monroe Township. She was a member of the Greentown Methodist Church and a charter member of the General Francis Marion Chapter of the Daughters of American Revolution.
Survivors beside Mrs. Hatch include three other daughters, Mrs. J. C. Stone, Washington, Mrs. Tim Whelan, Beverly Hills, Calif., and Mrs. Ezra Stone, Newton, Pa.; five grandchildren, and one sister, Miss Della Wall, Marion.
Graveside services were held Saturday in the IOOF Cemetery by the Rev. Wayne Reece.
