John Clyde Campbell Sr. age 95 of Natchez, Ms. died Saturday March 7, 2009 at Glenburney Nursing Home. He was born Sept. 18, 1913 to Millard F. and Bernice Ford Campbell in Franklin County Miss. He was proceded in death by his parents ; his wife, Zelma Freeman Campbell; one daughter,Alice Winters; three brothers, Rudolph,Farr and William (Dub) Campbell; and two sisters, Ernestine Halford and Florine Davis.
He is survived by one son, J,C. Campbell Jr. and his wife Mary of Dallas , Texas; two daughters, Betty Holloway and her husband Jerry ; Doris Smith and husband Leon; and son in law J.C. Winters , all of Natchez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, Donald Winters of Natchez; Jackie Winters of Brandon; Gary Holloway and wife, Tawana of Natchez; Greg Holloway and his wife, Katie of Belton , Texas; Stephen Campbell and wife, Rebecca of Richardson, Texas; Rhonda Bournand husband, Romey of Houston, Texas; Lisa Henson and husband, Mike of Edwardsville.Il; Joel Smith and wife, Amy of Dallas , Texas.
