Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred C. Peeples, 86, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Ringgold with Bro. Carl Word officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 until 9 p.m. today, Aug. 5 at Rockett Funeral Home, Ringgold.
Mrs. Peeples was born April 28, 1922 and passed away Aug. 3, 2008.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Merriel Peeples; brothers, Edwin Corley and Duane Corley; sisters, Clara Bailiff and Emily Watts.
Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Reggie M. Peeples and wife Ann of Thomson, GA. And Bradley K. Peeples and wife Tara of Heflin; sister, Clytie Warren of Ringgold; eight grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church or Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
