Born March 22, 1917, at Crump, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Kirby and Ida Mae Williams Crump. A member of the First Baptist Church, she was also a member of American Legion Post 389 Ladies Auxiliary and VFW Post 3127 Ladies Auxiliary, all in Chaffee.
On Sept. 15, 1934, she married Lee Ancell who preceded her in death on July 28, 1989.
Two sisters and one brother also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two brothers, Harrel Crump and Paul Crump; and three sisters, Ethel Anderson, Dorothy Nobles and Coletta Hahn.
Visitation was held at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee where services were scheduled with The Rev. Cliff Day officiating.
Burial followed in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
Pallbearers were: John Hahn, Steve Hahn, Tom Hahn, Ernest Crump and Bobby Sexton.
