William Herman Becker, 69, of 540 Queen Anne, who owned a service station at 3800 Broadway for 36 years, died Saturday in the Veteran's Hospital at Kerrville. Survivors; wife Mrs. Marian Becker and daughter, Mrs. James A. Summersett, Jr., both of San Antonio; son, William James Becker of Twin Harbors, Minn; three sisters, Mrs. J.R. Branch of Farmington, N.M., Mrs. Edwin Leupold of Belen, N.M., and Mrs. Helen Walrath of Rochester, N.Y., and five grandchildren. He was a veteran of WWI and a member of the V.F.W. Davy Crockett Barracks No. 1877.
