Amherst, March 28, - Mrs. Freda Miller Straley, age 46 years, died at her home in Brownhelm at 5:55 yesterday after an illness of 9 years. She is survived by her husband, Fred, two daughters Marion at home, and Mrs. H. H. Baker, Elyria, and one son, Charles, at home, four brothers, Henry of Elyria, Jacob and William, Amherst, Charles of Brownhelm, two sisters, Mrs. Ed Wittmer of Vermilion, Mrs. Charles Sahl of Huron.
Funeral rites will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 from the home, 2 o'clock from the Reformed Church at Brownhelm. Burial in Brownhelm cemetery, O. H. Baker in charge.

Heller of Vermilion had charge of the services. The four brothers, Henry of Elyria, Jacob and William of Amherst and Charles of this place acted as pall-bearers. Burial was made at the Brownhelm cemetery.

To this union were born four children, Regina Baker of Elyria, Marion and Charles at home, and Leonard who preceded her in death a number of years ago.
