SPENCER - Irene M. (Cournoyer) Jandrow, 87, of 36 Lincoln St. died yesterday in her home.
Her husband, Robert F. Jandrow Sr., died in 1984. She leaves a son, Robert F. Jandrow Jr. of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two daughters, Theresa R. Lambert of Spencer and Jean M. Ledoux of Worcester; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Spencer, daughter of Dosithe and MaryAnn (Moreau) Cournoyer, and lived here all her life.
Mrs. Jandrow was a sales clerk for more than 20 years at the former Denholm & McKay Co. department store in Worcester and the Auburn Mall, retiring in 1972. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.
The funeral will be held tomorrow from J. Henri Morin & Son Funeral Home, 23 Maple Terrace, with a Mass at noon in St. Mary's Church, 60 Maple St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours at the funeral home are 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. tomorrow. The family requests that flowers be omitted. Memorial contributions may be made instead to St. Mary's Church, 60 Maple St., Spencer, 01562.
