DEATH—CHAS. A. BUCKLIN
Charles Albert Bucklln, 69, a former resident of Newton county, died at his home in Tulsa, Saturday, Dec. 17. Mr. Bucklin's real name was James Albert Crouch, but he was left an orphan when a small child and was taken into the home of Mrs. George Bucklin who reared him, and whose name he adopted. He lived with this family in the Jaybird district until he was grown.

He was united in marriage to Miss Bell Rorabough April 29, 1897, in Neosho and to this union four children were born, all of whom with the widow survive. The children are Mrs. Ethel Decocq of Purdy, Mrs. Mary Cornett of Tulsa, Miss Lodema Bucklin of the home and Charles Bucklin. He is also survived by one adopted sister, Mrs. Ida Adams of Neosho, and nine grandchildren.

Mr. Bucklin was converted to Christian faith at Brandsville, Mo., in 1914 and lived consistently all of his life, winning the high regard of neighbors and friends.
