Sister of Mercy

Sister Euphemia was a nun at St Francis Xavier Academy and taught music and art. She was a Sister of Mercy and buried in the Catholic section of the cemetery with others of her order. Sister Euphemia outlived both of her parents and all 7 of her older siblings, 2 of whom died in the Yellow Fever epidemic of 1878.
