Pvt. Issac N.E. Adams, Co. F, 12th Regiment, Mississippi Infantry, Confederate States Army. Enlisted May 8, 1861, at Corinth, MS, age 21. Mortally wounded and captured with gunshot wound of the chest, at 2nd Battle of the Weldon Railroad (Globe Tavern), August 21, 1864. Died in captivity at McClellan USA Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, September 8, 1864.
