Mrs. Agatha Pryer, 76, of 11014 N May, died Thursday at Mercy Health Center after a sudden illness. Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Hahn-Cook, Street & Draper Funeral Home with burial in Norman IOOF Cemetery.
Mrs. Pryer was born in Norman and came to Oklahoma City in 1934. She was a secretary for the state board of education from 1934 to 1940. She was past president of 89ers Association for many years and secretary of that association for 25 years. She was a member of several clubs, McDowell Club, Ladies Music Club, Book Case Review Club, and Norman Oldtimers Club.
Mrs. Pryer had attended the University of Oklahoma. She was a member of First Church of Christ, Scientist.
Survivors include her husband, Loren E. of the home.
