Albert was the second of five children born to Solomon Bennett & Ruth Araminta Wilcox.
He died at the age of 30 years old from typhoid fever.

Albert Bennett of Buena Vista Dies of Typhoid Fever
Albert Bennett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Bennet of Buena Vista, died at their home at 5 o'clock Friday evening. The deceased was born in Buena Vista May 15, 1866, and has resided with his parents in that town almost continuously ever since. In December he went to New London, where he was employed as a fireman at Andre's factory. He returned New Year's day quite ill with chills and fever, which gradually developed typhoid symptoms. Besides his parents he leaves two sisters, Mrs. John Barry, who lives in Buena Vista, and Miss May, who is still at home.
The funeral will take place from the house Sunday afternoon, the pastor of the Liberty Corners M.E. church officiating.
