Ruth E. Cetinich, of Mansfield, had a smile so big it belied her petite frame. The Lord called her to her heavenly home Wednesday morning, March 4, 2009 from her Lee Lane residence, following a short illness. She was 80.

On July 18, 1928 she was born in Bobtown, Pennsylvania to Elias E. and Roseline C. (Myers) Price, and came to Mansfield at the age of 21 to find work.

For more than 40 years, Ruth worked on the production line at Therm-O-Disc, and for the past 12 years she worked at the McDonald's Restaurant on Stewart Road.

Ruth loved people, and her bubbly personality made it easy for them to love her back. Her personality was characterized by kindness ~ as she was always thinking of her family, and looking for a baby to get her hands on to love on.

She was a member of Cornerstone Grace Brethren Church.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Reta and Albert Barzanti of Mansfield; her best friend in the world, Tosca Kessler, with whom she ran around and went shopping with ~ her "partner in crime"; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew J. Cetinich on April 12, 1992. Also deceased are her sister and brother-in-law, Emily R. and Alfred Work; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and June Price and Richard and Ann Price.
